Innova Skill Development Training Center is committed to preparing its students to work, acquire skills and enlarge their capacities that equip them adequately to live in rapid changing global environment. We are committed to advance training of teaching and practical knowledge to the students and professional. In my humble opinion, there are very few home-trusts in the field of industrial training. Theories that easily fit into one framework today become obsolete the day after. Meeting and measuring up to the emerging challenges are the prime function of today’s managers. To do this, they require keen perception, flexibility and the ability to merge management theories into action plans. Who we are?
What we see around us in the fast-growing Bangladesh economy is a veritable paradox. While employment avenues are increasing rapidly, they are not being filled by people with compatible skill-sets. Unemployment, therefore, continues to rise inexorably. The result is perpetuation of poverty, right in the midst of opportunity! Just over a third of the aspirants who enroll in primary school actually reach degree level. The huge pool of school drop-outs thrown up by the system year after year renders itself unfit for sustainable mainstream employment. Innova Skill Development Training Center, also known as Development Base Tech addresses this endemic problem with a market-based approach that is sensitive to the socio-economic needs of marginalized youth in the 18-35 year’s age group. Innova Skill Development Training Center has set up a network of skill training center in Bangladesh that attempts to bridge this widening divide between those who have access to opportunities and those who are increasingly being marginalized from the ‘new economy’ jobs. Innova Skill Development Training Center is an example of synchronous social action of various stakeholders, which aims at mainstreaming and ensuring economic security to youth who could be victimized by poverty. To enable them to gain a foothold in the competitive job market, Innova Skill Development Training Center helps the youth to acquire the required livelihood and soft skills in an environment of learning and mentoring that is responsive to the individual’s emotional and developmental needs.
How We Do?
Cooperative Learning refers to a method of teaching and classroom management that emphasizes group work and a strong sense of community. This model fosters students’ academic and social growth and includes teaching techniques such as “Think-Pair-Share”. Cooperative learning falls under the student-centered approach because learners are placed in responsibility of their learning and development. This method focuses on the belief that students learn best when working with and learning from their peers.
